Sanghvi Realty, also called Sanghvi Group, is a Mumbai builder that says it has worked in the city for about four decades. It is run by directors Pakshal Sanghvi and Shankesh Sanghvi, and its group profile points to long experience with tenanted buildings in South Mumbai.
Its recent towers are small and focused, often with just a few dozen homes. Sanghvi Infenia in Santacruz East was handed over in 2025, and Sanghvi Palazzo in Andheri West reported its occupation certificate in May 2026, about 18 months before its RERA date. The first phases of Nesta in Thane and Estella in Lalbaug are listed by the builder as completed.
